The 14th Wagga Wagga Jazz & Blues Festival is to be held this year on Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2008. The festival is a very healthy 14 years old and now in its second year of welcoming the music of blues and roots flavours to the melting pot.

Well, apart from the 50 to 60 registered bands that attend each year, we are very proud to announce a great line up of feature bands. In the true jazz genre we welcome festival favourites The Licorice Allsorts and The Riviera Dixieland Jazz Band. Party starters Psycho Zydeco have been invited back purely through public demand.
One of the finest blues singers, song-writers and piano players, Andy Cowan will play over the three days, AND, we are very proud and excited to announce a very special Friday night show featuring legendary blues performer Bob Brozman from the USA who will do his only show outside the Capital cities. The fun starts on Friday 5th September at the Capital Entertainment Centre Saloon Bar with a New Orleans Mardi Gras Nite featuring Pysco Zydeco at 9 pm. Cost $20.00. Bring your own nibblies.
